Equis has been formed following the merger of Busuttil & Micallef CPAs, Paul Bugeja CPA and Nicholas Vella CPA. Busuttil & Micallef has been operating in the audit and assurance sector for the past two decades during which it established itself as one of the most trustworthy firms in the industry. Nicholas Vella brings about years of experience in the financial sector having previously worked with a Big Four audit firm and also managed a small audit firm for a number of years.
Since September 2022, the company has been actively seeking strategic alliances with NOUV, a professional firm in the audit, accounting and management field with the aim of consolidating and improving the services offered to clients.
With effect from 1 January 2023, Mr Paul Bugeja resigned from his capacity as Company director.
