The company’s Board of Directors will be composed of the former Busuttil & Micallef partners, namely Donatella Bondin, David Busuttil and Lorraine Muscat, as well as Paul Bugeja and Nicholas Vella, all of which are warranted accountants and hold a Practising Certificate in auditing.
